Additional Charges to Order | This form is used to authorize additional charges to your credit card for the
item(s) you have purchased from us, or to cancel and existing order. The reason
for additional charges could range from an upgrade in your original order, shipping
charge adjustments, or other miscellaneous reasons that have been outlined in
an email sent to you by us. By choosing yes and completing this form, you are
authorizing the additional amount be charged to the card you originally paid
with. If you are cancelling, choose no and be sure to provide just your order
number and customer name so we can reference the correct order.
