When choosing a shipping method, and obtaining a shipping price, we suggest you try both the standard shipping and the UPS option, prior to checking out. These can be found in the "choose shipping method" drop down on the shopping cart page, which is available before you enter any payment information or finalize your order.

Before and During Checkout
Small and Light Weight Items
If your item is small or lightweight (under 2 lbs), standard shipping may be a more economical shipping option for you. You can change the shipping option in the drop down menu below of the shipping calcuator, found on our shopping cart page, to compare prices.
With this standard shipping we determine the best shipping method for your order, which may include, but is not limited to the US Postal Service, Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or UPS SurePost services. We cannot guarantee which service you will get on your shipment, when choosing standard shipping. Please note, computer and printer paper stocks can only be shipped via UPS.
Rush Processing Option (only available for certain items)
If your item has this option and you chose it, this means that we will make every attempt to ship your order within 24 business hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Eastern time zone) will ship same day and orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will ship the next business day, with rush processing. If we are unable to ship in that time frame, you will not be charged that rush processing fee. THIS DOES NOT MEAN WE WILL UPGRADE YOUR SHIPPING METHOD IN ANY WAY! It simply means we will put forth our best effort to get your item out within the stated time frame.
Expedited Shipping Methods
If you are in need of expedited shipping, such as Overnight Air, 2nd Day Air, etc., please contact us for a shipping quote and availability, prior to ordering. Prices for these services are not available directly on our website.
Buyers Outside of the continental 48 US States or with PO Box or APO/FPO Addresses
Sorry, not all of our items are available for shipping to your location at this time. If you would like to know if an item is available to ship to you, please contact us before purchasing and we will let you know.
Shipping Method Change
We reserve the right to change your shipping method, if we are unable to ship your item via the method you chose. We will not make this change and charge you more money, without contacting you first for approval. In most cases we try to match the prices shown on checkout when a change is needed.
After Checkout
Checking Your Order Status
Please refer to the original order confirmation email you received, at the time your order was placed, for a link to check that status of your order.
Your order will be updated if additional information is needed to complete it and it has been put on hold, and when it ships. If you order shows "pending review," "on hold," or "cancelled," please click here for additional information.
After Shipping
Tracking Your Package
After your order has shipped, you can tracking packages on our website by going to your order confirmatino email and clicking on the link to check that status of your order. When the item has been shipped tracking information is updated online within 24 hours of shipping.
Tracking Shows Delivered, But Did Not Arrive
If you tracking number shows that the item has been delivered, but you do not have it, please check with other members of your household or office to see if someone else received the package for you. 99% of our calls regarding a lost or missing shipping turn out to be just this.
If you still can not locate it, please contact the carrier to let them know your package is missing.

Please keep in mind, the U.S. Postal Service may not offer tracking while an item is enroute. Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to arrive if sent via USPS, then contact us if you have not received it. A claim cannot be initiated with the US Postal Service until the item has been missing for 30 days.
