Order Status Messages
If your order is showing a message, here are some further explanations of what that message may mean:
Pending Review / On Hold
If your order shows a status of "pending review" or "on hold", it is because there was a problem or issue with your order and we have tried to contact you via email to resolve the issue. Please check your email address that was used to place the order for our email. If it is not there, it may have been caught in your SPAM or BULK MAIL folders, so be sure to check them as well.
If your order is over $100 and you are requesting that we ship it to an address that does not match the billing address on your credit card, or if you entire order is over $350 regardless of shipping address, and your order shows as pending, we may be awaiting the required Credit Card Authorization Form. Please download our Credit Card Authorization Form and fax the form to our secure fax number to complete your order.
In some cases, we may not be able to ship an item to an alternate address. We can only ship to the billing address on the credit card on certain items. Or, you may have chosen a shipping method that is not available for your particular item (i.e. Priority Mail when only UPS is available for the item). Please be aware that if that was the case, we did try to contact you by email and got no response.
If your order shows a status of "canceled," it is because one of the following has occurred.
1.) We were unable to contact you regarding an issue or problem with charging the credit card supplied with your order (see above); or
2.) There was a problem with your order or credit card, we contacted you via email, and you never responded (if you feel you never received such a message, please check your SPAM or bulk mail folder to be sure it didn't end up in there for some reason); or
3.) The item is currently out of stock or no longer available (we always contact you by email in this case. If you feel you never received such a message, please check your SPAM or bulk mail folder to be sure it didn't end up in there for some reason).
An email would have been sent to your email address provided explaining the cancellation, as we don't just cancel and order without letting you know. If you didn't get such an email, please check your SPAM or BULK MAIL folders to make sure it didn't end up in there for some reason.
