	Based on the return policies of Your Office Stop, I want to return my product(s) for a refund. I have read the return policies and understand that since I have elected not to receive a replacement, I may be charged a restocking fee, and that original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
	Based on the return policies of Your Office Stop, I want to replace my defective / shipping-damaged product. I have had the item for less than 30 days. (After 30 days please contact the manufacturer for warranty coverage). If the issue is shipping damage, you must hold on to all packing materials, boxes, etc., until the freight company insurance invesigators have contacted you. They will be required to file a damage claim.
	I received the wrong product and would like to have the product replaced with the correct item. Please explain in the section below why you believe you received the wrong product, and a complete description of the product you were looking for.

To avoid a needless return, we highly recommend that you contact the manufacturer of your item, if it is electronic, before requesting a return, as they may be able to help resolve issues that you may be having with your machine. If you haven't contacted them prior to requesting an RMA, we may ask that you do so before we issue one, or we may have one of our technical support people contact you first, to be certain that the machine is indeed defective. Often times, what seems to be a defect, may just be that the item is being improperly used and a phone call can clear that issue up.
