Request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Please do not ship your product(s) back to us until you receive a return authorization form from us via email! No returns can be accepted without this form being included in your return box!

Please use this form to submit a request for a Return Authorization to return a product. We will respond within 24 to 48 business hours to your inquiry. If your request is accepted, we will include a Return Authorization Form and Number for you to use to return your product.

Be sure to read our Return Policy carefully before submitting this Return Authorization request. By submitting this application you are stating that you have read all of our returns policies and agree to them. Should your purchase fall outside of those policies, your return may be denied. No returns will be accepted without the proper RMA form being included in the return shipment. Returns and/or exchanged will only be approved on items purchased within the last 30 days. If it has been longer than 30 days since you purchase, please contact your item's manufacturer for support and warranty.

Our acceptance of your return will be applied based on our acceptance criteria:
• Acceptable warranty or return period, based on original shipping dates of your package.
• Acceptable condition of the product and packaging being returned, per our return policy and instructions, which will be provided.

For electronic items, please provide the serial number for the item being returned. This number MUST match the number we have on file for your order, when the order shipped, as well as the number on the item that is returned.

If the issue is shipping damage, you must hold on to all packing materials, boxes, etc., until the freight company insurance invesigators have contacted you. They will be required to file a damage claim.

I was shipped the wrong product and would like to have the product replaced with the correct item. Please explain in the section below why you believe you received the wrong product, and a complete description of the product you were looking for. If YOU ordered the wrong item, this box does not apply! This is only if WE shipped you an item that is different than what was on your order form, not for a mistake on your part in ordering.


If you are requesting a replacement for your product:

I need my product urgently. Please ship my replacement right away and use the credit card information below to secure the return of the original item. I understand that my credit card will be pre-authorized, but will not be charged through, unless the original item is not received back by the RMA expiration date. Please note, we recommend that you do NOT use a bank debit card, tied to your checking account, for this, as it may tie up your funds in your bank account for a period of time, if that is your bank's policy on pre-authorizations. Your Office Stop will not be responsible for any overdraft charges, should they occur, so please plan accordingly. By checking this button, you agree that you will not hold us reponsible for any holds that your bank puts on your checking account regarding this transaction. For electrical or mechanical items being returned because of a defect or problem, please complete:
To avoid a needless return, we highly recommend that you contact the manufacturer of your item, if it is electronic, before requesting a return, as they may be able to help resolve issues that you may be having with your machine. If you haven't contacted them prior to requesting an RMA, we may ask that you do so before we issue one, or we may have one of our technical support people contact you first, to be certain that the machine is indeed defective. Often times, what seems to be a defect, may just be that the item is being improperly used and a phone call can clear that issue up.
