Do NOT ship your return back until you have received an RMA form and number, which must be included with your return shipment. No returns can be accepted without this form, as the warehouse will have no idea how to credit the proper account.
We accept returns only within the first 30 days. If the item has been in your possession longer than 30 days you will be directed to contact the manufacturer to take advantage of any warranty that may be available through them.
